New racing
rules:
 | There is a 10 foot buffer rule, meaning that yachts
cannot be closer to each other than 10 feet at any point during the race.
|
| There is a 'touch rule" which means that if any two
boats make contact in any way during the race, both skippers share the
cost of shouting the bar on the evening of the race (this includes
everyone at the bar, not just yachties). |
