Prior to the start of the 2005/2006 racing season the Mieco Beach Yacht
Club will be hosting a learn to sail day for any land-lovers interested
in learning the ropes. This is a great opportunity for any Majuro-ites
or visitors who are interested in crewing on sailing vessels during the
race season, which runs from November to April.
The day is open to Mieco Beach Yacht Club Members and Non-Members alike
and will consist of classroom activities in the Bokanake House on the
grounds of RRE (Hotel Robert Reimers) followed by on the water practical
lessons and experience.
To partake in this great day of fun and learning on November the 20th
2005 is only $10 for members and $20 for non-members. To sign up please
